Welcome Everyone My name is Chris Venesky and today Im going to release some of the most important keys for personal growth, business growth, and salon growth. This is my 22nd year in the hair industry and with my great opportunities for experience from being an assistant, commission stylists, booth renter, and salon owner (2, 4, 7, chair). The salons that I owned started out being booth rental to finally ending up commission. Through the years it always seemed to be a battle day in and day out either with staff, not enough working capital to plumbing problems. Then one day I had a $5 cup of coffee with a friend. So while drinking the coffee and engaging in the sweet aroma it dawned on me, who in the world would have thought we would pay that much for a cup of coffee. What is the difference between a $2 cup of coffee and a $10 cup? Now it started to intrigue me more and more. But the answer was very clear and simple. These coffee houses have sold us on their experience of fresh roasted, the way we order and pay, to just hanging out with friends having great conversation. So did we really just pay for the coffee?
